📋 Job Profile: Assembly Line Operator

Selected candidates will work in the **Assembly Line** environment, focusing on the manufacturing of critical automotive components. This role is crucial for the production chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in the **Assembly Line** for manufacturing **Wiring Harness**, **Wiring Control Panels**, Racks, Looming, and Harness building.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings (training will be provided).
• Using specialized tools like **Crimp Tools** and **Wire Strippers** effectively.

💰 Salary & Benefits Structure

Detail	Amount
Monthly CTC	Rs. 15,500/- Per Month
Monthly Take Home Salary (Net)	Rs. 11,200/- Per Month (After PF/ESI/Canteen/Bus deductions)
OT Payment Extra	Rs. 122/- per Hour

Other Facilities:

• Duty Hour: 8 hours in shift (A/B/C rotation)
• Canteen Subsidised: Deduction Rs. 350/- Per Month
• Transport/Bus Subsidised: Deduction Rs. 300/- Per Month
• Payroll: All selected candidates will be on **LAYAM PAYROLL**.
