Suzuki Motor Gujarat Private Limited, a leading passenger car manufacturing company, is organizing campus placement drives for ITI pass-out candidates in December 2025 at Government ITI Bhusawal (Jalgaon, Maharashtra) and Government ITI Damoh (Madhya Pradesh).

Company and Job Details

Company Name: Suzuki Motor Gujarat Private Limited (Subsidiary of Maruti Suzuki India Limited).

Job Location: Hansalpur, Becharaji, Ahmedabad district, Gujarat.

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) and Apprentice for ITI pass-out candidates in mechanical, electrical and automobile related trades.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age limit: 18 to 26 years at the time of joining.
• Educational qualification: 10th pass with minimum 40% marks and ITI pass with minimum 50% marks from NCVT/SCVT.
• Passing years accepted: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 pass-outs.
• Physical fitness: No colour blindness, no major physical deformity and normal BMI as per company norms.

Candidates from the following trades can participate in the Suzuki Motor Gujarat ITI campus placement drive.

• Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) / Automobile
• Diesel Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic

• Tool & Die Maker
• Plastic Processing Operator and other related mechanical or electrical trades as per notification.

Salary, Stipend and Benefits

Suzuki Motor Gujarat offers one of the best salary packages for ITI freshers in the passenger car manufacturing sector.

• FTC Salary: Approx. ₹25,300 per month CTC plus statutory bonus as per company policy.
• Apprentice Stipend: Approx. ₹19,500 per month for 12 months training period.
• Facilities: Subsidized or free food in canteen, dormitory/hostel facility on nominal charges, free uniform, PPEs and safety shoes, and leaves/holidays as per company rules.

Two separate campus drives are planned for candidates of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.

• Maharashtra Campus: Government ITI Bhusawal, District Jalgaon, Maharashtra – Test and Interview on 10 December 2025 (Wednesday) at 09:30 AM.

• Madhya Pradesh Campus: Government ITI Damoh, District Damoh, Madhya Pradesh – Test and Interview on 09 December 2025 (Tuesday) at 09:30 AM.

Selection Process

The selection process will be completed on the same day at the respective ITI campus.

• Registration and document verification at the venue.
• Written test and/or technical test for eligible candidates.
• Personal interview and final selection list for FTC and Apprentice posts.

Documents Required for Interview

Candidates must carry the following documents in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies.

• 10th mark sheet and ITI mark sheets/certificates (self-attested).
• Aadhar card and PAN card.
• Passport size colour photographs (recent).
• Updated resume or bio-data and photocopies of all documents for submission if required.

How to Prepare for Suzuki ITI Campus Placement

Candidates should revise core trade subjects such as basic fitting, machining, welding, electrical circuits and automobile systems to perform well in the written and technical tests.
