Key Responsibilities & Skills
1. Granulation Roles
- Operation and cleaning of manufacturing equipment (Pellet coating, etc.) as per SOPs.
- Execution of commercial and stability batches according to BMR/BPR.
- Maintaining cGMP compliance and proper documentation of batch records.
- Handling tooling, change parts, and supporting IQ/OQ/PQ activities for new equipment.
2. Capsulation Roles
- Operation and maintenance of capsule manufacturing equipment.
- Monitoring daily processing and conducting in-process checks.
- Ensuring equipment is cleaned according to validated procedures and maintained in a sanitized condition.
- Managing batch records and ensuring 100% adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
