Great news for ITI diploma holders! Hero MotoCorp Ltd, the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, is conducting a mega campus placement drive in Uttar Pradesh for its Neemrana Main Plant and GPC Plant in Alwar, Rajasthan. Both Male and Female candidates are invited to apply for FTE and Apprentice positions.

Job Details & Company Information

  • Role: Fixed Term Employment (FTE) / Apprentice
  • Job Tenure: 1 Year

Eligibility & Criteria

Please ensure you meet the following requirements before attending the campus drive:

  • Age Limit: 18 to 26 Years
  • ITI Passing Year: 2021, 2022, 2023, & 2024 Passouts (Note: 2019 Admission batches are not allowed).
  • Qualification: ITI (NCVT or SCVT) in Any Trade.
  • Eligible Trades: All Technical and Non-Technical Trades are welcome.

Physical Standards

  • Male: Height: 162cm | Weight: 50kg (Minimum)
  • Female: Height: 145cm | Weight: 45kg (Minimum)

Salary Structure & Benefits

1. Fixed Term Employment (FTE)

  • Monthly Gross: Rs. 17,776/-
  • In-Hand Salary: Rs. 16,209/- (Approx. after PF & deductions)
  • Additional Benefits: ESI, Subsidized Canteen, Uniform, and Shoes.

2. Apprentice

  • Monthly In-Hand Stipend: Rs. 16,100/- (Approx.)
