Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: 18 to 37 Years at the time of appointment.
  • Passing Years: Candidates who passed ITI in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 10th Class: Minimum 40% Marks
    • ITI: Minimum 50% Marks

Eligible ITI Trades

Candidates from the following trades are eligible to apply:

  • MMV, Diesel Mechanic, Tractor Mechanic
  • Machinist, Electrician, Fitter, Turner
  • Welder, Painter, Wireman, Sheet Metal
  • COE (Automobile), Tool & Die, PPO, Electronic Mechanic

Salary and Benefits

Gross CTC: ₹20,468 per month
Net Take-Home Salary: ₹16,000 + PF + ESI + Gratuity

Additional Perks:

  • Accommodation: Free hostel facility provided by the company.
  • Food: One time free meal provided during shift.
  • Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, 26 working days (4 weekly holidays).
  • Shifts: Rotation Basis (A: 06:00-02:00 | B: 02:00-10:00 | C: 10:00-06:00).
