Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 18 to 26 years at the time of joining.
• Educational Qualification:
  • 10th Class: Minimum 40% Marks.
  • ITI Passout: Minimum 50% Marks.
• Physical Standard: Candidates must be physically fit (No color blindness, no physical deformity, and healthy BMI).

Salary and Benefits

• FTC (Fixed Term Contract): ₹ 25,300/- CTC per month + Annual Statutory Bonus (12-month contract).
• Apprentice Stipend: ₹ 19,500/- per month (12-month duration).
• Other Benefits: Subsidized food and hostel facilities, Uniform, PPE, and Safety Shoes provided by the company.
• Leave: Leaves and holidays as per company policy.
