• Qualification: ITI - Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
• Experience: 3 to 8 years
• Key Skills: Aircraft assembly, drilling, reaming, riveting, fasteners installation, and reading engineering drawings.

2. Operator (Paintshop)

• Qualification: ITI Painter / Diploma
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Key Skills: Manual painting, paint mixing for aerospace/automobile, and troubleshooting paint defects.

3. CNC / Grinder / Gear Hobbing Operator

• Qualification: Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical)
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Key Skills: Operating 3, 4, 5, 7 axis CNC, Grinders, and Gear Hobbing machines (EMAG, Mazak, Doosan, etc.).
