Job Role & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will work on the Assembly Line. Key responsibilities include:

• Manufacturing of Wiring Harness and Wiring Control Panels.
• Racks, Looming, and Harness building.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Using industrial tools like Crimp Tools, Wire Strippers, etc.

Salary and Benefits Structure

1. For Graduates/Diploma/BE/B.Tech/ITI

Monthly CTC	Rs. 16,790/-
Take Home Salary	Rs. 14,250/-

2. For 10th and 12th Pass

Monthly CTC	Rs. 15,700/-
Take Home Salary	Rs. 11,200/- to Rs. 12,950/-

3. Attendance Awards (Monthly Bonus)

Month	100% Present / 1 Absent / 2 Absent
1st Month	Rs. 1000 / 850 / 700
2nd Month	Rs. 1500 / 1300 / 1100
