Detailed Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates must meet the following physical and academic requirements to be considered for the role:
- Age Limit: 18 years to 23 years.
- Academic Status: Backlogs must be cleared at the time of joining.
- Degree Restriction: BE (Bachelor of Engineering) candidates are not eligible.
- Blood Relation: Not applicable (as per company policy).
- Physical Standards: Minimum height of 5 feet and minimum weight of 45 kg.
About CEAT Tyres (Halol Plant)
CEAT Tyres is a pioneer in the industry, having started hiring women for shop floor roles back in 2011. The Halol plant currently employs over 1,500 diploma candidates from across India. The company operates using a Self-Managed Team (SMT) methodology, which empowers diploma holders to grow professionally every year. Selected candidates will be hired directly on the company payroll.
