Salary and Benefits
The company offers a competitive salary package along with several additional benefits to ensure employee welfare:
- Salary: CTC ranges from 18,000 to 21,000 INR.
- In-Hand: You will receive 17,000 INR per month.
- Statutory Benefits: PF, ESIC, and Insurance are provided.
- Insurance Coverage:
- Group Health Insurance (Mediclaim): Coverage of Rs. 1 Lakh.
- Group Personal Accident Insurance: Coverage of Rs. 2 Lakh.
- Reimbursement: Local conveyance reimbursement up to Rs. 3,000/- (based on actuals and supervisor approval).
Additional Incentives Structure
Performance-based incentives are available for both Technicians and Supervisors:
- For Technicians:
- 150-meter installation/Month: 1,350/-
- 151 to 200 meters/Month: 2,400/-
- More than 201 meters/Month: 3,500/-
- For Supervisors:
- 1000-1250 meters: 2,400/-
- 1251 meters & above: 3,500/-
