Salary (Stipend) and Benefits

The stipend structure varies based on the candidate's educational qualification:

Qualification

12th Pass: Rs. 13,150/- Per Month (Including Attendance Bonus)

10th/12th + ITI: Rs. 14,146/- Per Month (Including Attendance Bonus)

Diploma: Rs. 15,000/- Per Month

Annual Increment

Rs. 1000/- Stipend increase every year

One-Time Bonus

Rs. 27,000/- after completion of 3 years

Duty Hours

8 Hours per day | 26 Days a month

Other Facilities

Educational Certification Program

In addition to the stipend, trainees will receive degrees from Rabindra Nath Tagore University, Bhopal:

• 1st Year: Diploma in Automobile
• 2nd Year: Advance Diploma in Automobile
• 3rd Year: Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) in Automobile (UGC Recognized)
