| Future Career Progression: Diploma apprentices after completing 1 year of training will be successfully absorbed on company rolls as a Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) with an increased salary structure of Rs. 20,900/- per month. After successful completion of the DET period, candidates will be considered for promotion to the post of Assistant Engineer. |
