Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Prospective candidates must possess the regular, full-time educational credentials required for their specific disciplines. Broad criteria include:
- Engineering Professional Streams: 4 years full-time B.E./B.Tech engineering course in the relevant discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, IT) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates, and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Junior Executives (Chemical / Mechanical): 3 years full-time regular Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% aggregate percentage (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) or 3 years full-time B.Sc. with Chemistry as a Principal Subject. Higher educational qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech are strictly ineligible for E0 posts.
- Finance Department: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI with at least 50% marks in the final examination.
- Medical Officer: MBBS degree with permanent registration with any Indian State Medical Council, plus an Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health (AFIH) from recognized institutes.
- Information Systems (E1): B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics, or full-time MCA / MCS / MBA with IT or Systems specialization with at least 60% marks.
- Junior Executive - Fire & Safety: 3 years regular Diploma or Science Graduate with minimum 60% marks and a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License as on 13.05.2026.
Selection Methodology
The recruitment methodology varies according to the designated salary level grades:
- For Salary Grade E0: Multi-stage process consisting of a Computer-Based Test (CBT), a post-specific Skill Test, and a Personal Interview. Candidates for Chemical, Mechanical, and Fire & Safety posts must also pass physical fitness efficacy criteria (Agility, Endurance, and height tests).
- For Salary Grade E1 and E2: Shortlisting via a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by a Group Task/Group Discussion and a final Personal Interview. For the post of Medical Officer, only a Personal Interview is executed.
- For Salary Grade E3 and E5: Shortlisting based on experience metrics and applications followed by a rigorous Technical Competency Interview and a Behavioural Competency Interview.

- Application Fees: Candidates belonging to UR, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹1180/- (Base fee of ₹1000/- + GST @ 18% of ₹180/- plus dynamic payment gateway charges if applicable).
- Exemption: Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are completely exempted from payment of the application fees.
