Eligibility Criteria

To participate in this Maruti Suzuki campus placement drive, candidates must fulfill the following qualification and physical parameters:

• Age Criteria: Candidates must be between 18 and 26 years of age at the time of joining.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • 10th / Matriculation with a minimum of 40% marks.
  • ITI (Industrial Training Institute) with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Eligible Passout Years: 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Salary and Company Benefits

Selected candidates will receive competitive salary packages along with standard industrial welfare benefits as detailed below:

• FTC Salary (36-Month Contract): Rs. 25,300/- CTC per month plus an annual statutory bonus as per applicable rules. Detailed structure will be provided at the time of joining.
• Apprentice Stipend (12-Month Training): Rs. 19,500/- per month.
• Subsidized Food & Snacks: One-time meal and one-time tea/snacks will be provided. A nominal amount of Rs. 1000 per month will be deducted from the salary for food.
• Hostel Facility: Subsidized accommodation/hostel facilities are available. A deduction of Rs. 1500 per month will apply for housing.
• Uniform & Safety Kit: Uniforms, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and safety shoes will be provided free of cost by Maruti Suzuki.
• Medical and Insurance Cover: Full medical coverage and health insurance will be comprehensively handled by the company.
• Leaves: Leave and holiday provisions will be aligned with standard corporate and plant policies.

Selection Process

The recruitment workflow will be completed at the campus venue itself and consists of the following consecutive stages:

1. Verification of original documents and eligibility screening.
2. Written Technical and Aptitude Examination.
3. Personal Interview by the HR and Technical panel.
4. Medical examinations and fitness verification (subsequent to initial shortlisting).
