Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Interested candidates must fulfill the physical and educational standard requirements specified by the Excellence HR Consultants recruitment partner team.

Age Limit: 18 to 26 years only for all candidates

ITI Passing Years: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025

Eligible ITI Trades: Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Diesel Mechanic, MMV, Tractor Mechanic, Tool & Die Maker, Electrician, Wireman, Painter, COPA, R.AC, Draughtsman Mechanic, and Mechanic in All Technical Trades. (Note: Non-technical trades like Sewing, Tailor, etc., are not eligible).

Physical Height/Weight (Male): Minimum 148 cm and 50 kg weight

Physical Height/Weight (Female): Minimum 145 cm and 40 kg weight

Salary & Compensation Benefits

The company provides a highly attractive compensation package along with additional factory subsidies for selected candidates.

ITI Pass Monthly CTC: Rs. 22,040/- PM

ITI Pass In-Hand Salary: Rs. 17,733/- PM

12th Pass Monthly CTC: Rs. 17,000/- Approx

12th Pass In-Hand Salary: Rs. 14,500/- PM (Note: Image references mention 15,000 In Hand / 17,000 Approx CTC)
