Detailed Job Profiles & Department Responsibilities

1. Formulation and Filling - Officer / Executive

• Responsible for operating and maintaining processing vessels, filtration units, autoclaves, vial washing machines, and dehydrogenation tunnels.
• Strict adherence and implementation of GMP compliance guidelines during the manufacturing workflow.
• Continuous monitoring and controlling of critical process parameters to fully maintain high product quality and consistency.

2. Quality Control (Product Testing) - Officer / Executive

• The analyst must be well-versed with cell-based assays, Virus titration, RTPCR, and immuno-chemical assays.
• Must possess technical instrument knowledge on pH meters, Analytical balances, Karl Fischer, Real-time PCR, and ELISA equipment.
• The candidate should demonstrate profound technical knowledge & work experience in Bacterial vaccine In-Process, DS & DP testing, release, and stability protocols.

3. Plant Operator (Ampoule / Vial / PFS / Filling & Formulation)

• Required to safely operate sophisticated aseptic equipment (including washing, sterilization, filling, and lyophilization units) optimized for ampoules, vials, and PFS.
• Ensuring absolute alignment with cGMP and GDP compliance standards during shifts.
• Accurately recording batch data, coordinating effectively with QA and Maintenance teams, and supporting fast troubleshooting for sterile production tracks.
