Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria to be eligible for the CEAT Tyres open recruitment drive:

• Age Limit: 18 years to 23 years.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • Diploma: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering.
  • BSc: Physics or Chemistry (Phy/Chem).
  • Special Note for Female Candidates: Diploma in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), and Civil branches are accepted exclusively for female applicants.
• Pass Out Batches: Students from 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches are eligible to apply. This includes pursuing students and those with results pending.
• Academic Standings: Candidates must have no active backlog.
• Ineligibility Criteria: BE, B.Tech, and MSc candidates are strictly not eligible for this drive.
• Other Rules: Blood relation policy is applicable (blood relations working in the company are not applicable for references/hiring).

Physical Standards Required

• For Female Candidates: Minimum Height of 5 feet and Minimum Weight of 45kg.

Job Details & Work Profile

Selected candidates will join initially under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) for a duration of 1 year. Below are the key roles and responsibility details:

• Job Profile: Working on the shop floor and operating machinery.
• Shift Requirements: Selected candidates must be comfortable and ready to work in production lines across all 3 rotational shifts.

Selection Process & Career Growth

The recruitment will be conducted via a direct walk-in interview and screening process at the designated venue. Candidates clearing the assessment and meeting the physical requirements will be selected for immediate joining.

Career Path: After successful completion of the 1-year NATS training program, candidates will be put on the company roll. Upon confirmation, you will be designated as a permanent Management Executive, receiving a structural CTC of ₹23,265/- per month along with other company benefits.

During the initial training phase of 1 year, candidates will receive:
