Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Candidates applying for the vacant positions must fulfill the specific educational requirements as listed below per department:

• Production (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Bottle/Blister Packing, Capsule Filling/Inspection): ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Warehouse: B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / M.Sc
• Engineering (Process Maintenance / HVAC - Only Pharma Exp): ITI / Diploma / B.Tech
• Quality Control (Instrument Analysis HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS / Micro): B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc

Note: Candidates currently working in Technical Contract Services / NAPS (With Formulation Production Experience) are also eligible to attend this drive.

Required Skills

• Granulation / Wurster coating: RMG / FBP / FBD / Wurster coating / Roll Compactor operation.
• Compression: Knowledge of Hata, Fette, Korsch, Killian & Cadmach machines.
• Coating: Experience with Ohara, Glatt, ACG smart, Sejong, Gansons & Bectochem setups.
• Bottle / Blister Packing: Blister - Cartonator / Uhlmann / BQS / IMA PG / B45; Bottle - CVC / Pharmapack / Countec / Labeling.
• Capsule Filling / Inspection: AF90T / AF150T / ZRO 200/TTS / Hartnett Printing / Band Sealing / ACG Capsule-Checkweighers / Sensum / Tam Print / Pressfit.
• Warehouse: Well-versed with RM / PM / FG logistics and inventory tracking.
• Quality Control: Sound knowledge of Instrument Analysis (HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS) and Microbiology practices.

Selection Process

The selection will be based entirely on performance during the walk-in interaction:

1. Initial Screening of Educational and Experience Certificates
2. Face-to-Face Technical Interview with Department Heads
3. HR Round for Document Verification and Final Discussion
