Eligibility Criteria
Candidates planning to apply must satisfy the following educational qualifications and batch requirements:
- ITI Passout Candidates: Batch year 2020 to 2026 are eligible.
- Diploma Passout Candidates: Batch year 2023 to 2026 are eligible.
- Experience: Freshers are preferred. Only freshers apply. Candidates with already deducted ESI & PF are not eligible.

| ITI Trades: Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder, Diesel Mechanic, MMV, Tool & Die. |
| Diploma Branches: Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Tool & Die. |
| Not Eligible: Electrician / Electronics / CS trades are NOT required. |
Salary & Stipend Details
The company offers attractive monthly stipends coupled with attendance awards and separate Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) perks:
For ITI Candidates
- Stipend: ₹15,780 per month
- Attendance Award: ₹1,000 per month
- Total Monthly Pay: ₹16,780
- DBT Benefit (Separate): ₹1,500
For Diploma Candidates
- Stipend: ₹16,000 per month
- Attendance Award: ₹1,000 per month
- Total Monthly Pay: ₹17,000
- DBT Benefit (Separate): ₹4,000
