Salary and Benefits Breakup

- Retention Incentive: ₹500 per month (Note: A retention incentive of ₹3,000 is paid every 6 months)
- Total Monthly Gross Earnings: ₹21,000 per month
- Departmental Bonus: An additional ₹1,000 is paid to employees working specifically in the heat area Department.
