Eligibility Criteria & Job Specification Details
1. Production Department
| Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer |
| Educational Qualification: B. Pharm / M.Pharm + MBA |
| Experience Required: 01 to 03 Years |
| Core Skills & Exposure Required: Exposure to OSD manufacturing operations like granulation, compression, coating, pellet coating, and capsule filling. Experience in primary and secondary packing sections. Working knowledge of PAS | X, e-Log, track and trace, and e-BMR is highly preferred. |
2. Maintenance Department
| Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer |
| Educational Qualification: BE / DEE (Electrical / Mechanical) |
| Experience Required: 04 to 08 Years |
| Core Skills & Exposure Required: Experience in OSD manufacturing QMS and training activities. Working exposure of equipment qualification. Knowledge of PAS | X, QMS, TRIMS. Working knowledge of Production planning and Inventory control, well-versed with Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, Power BI, and related AI tools. Mechanical/Electrical preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of process equipment. Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, electrical panels, e-Log. Exposure to handling software breakdowns will be an added advantage. Experience in handling breakdowns of Utility equipment, ETP, STP. Knowledge of HVAC system, Humidifier, and dehumidifier AHU. |
Selection Process & Regulatory Requirements
- For all positions, candidates having exposure to regulatory requirements of documentation cGMP/QEP and who have worked in a regulated plant shall be preferred.
- Interested candidates who are working with USFDA/MHRA approved facilities only, may attend the interview.
- Selection will be purely based on technical evaluation during the personal interview.
Salary & Benefits
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualification, and current CTC as per pharma industry standards for a regulated manufacturing unit.
