2. Experienced Roles & Requirements

• Milling Operators (Senior): 7 to 9 years experience. Requires good knowledge of 5th Axis Machine Operating, setup setting, and solid Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge.
• Milling Operator (5-Axis): 3 to 5 years experience. Responsible for 5-Axis machining, tooling, and manufacturing aerospace components.
• Operator – Milling: 3+ years experience. Covers CNC machine operation, setup, and quality inspection.
• Milling: 2 to 4 years experience. Involves CNC milling operations, tooling, and precision machining.
• Turning Operators: 1 to 2 years / 2 to 4 years experience. Requires GD&T knowledge, G & M Code knowledge, machine setup, blueprint/drawing interpretation, and operating/monitoring CNC turning machines to produce parts accurately.
• OD Grinding Operators: 1 to 2 years / 2 to 4 years experience. Requires operational knowledge of Outer Diameter (OD) and cylindrical grinding machines, grinding wheel selection, precision measurement, and inspection.
• Gear Hobbing / Gear Operator: 3 to 5 years experience. Involves setup and operating of hobbing machines, gear cutting operations, inspection, blueprint reading, and interpreting geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Deburring: 1+ year experience. Involves component finishing, deburring, and visual inspection.
• PPC – Material Movement: 6 months+ experience. Handles production material movement, line feeding, and coordination.
• Special Process: 3 to 5 years experience. Involves aerospace manufacturing processes and quality compliance.

Selection Process
