Eligibility Criteria & Required Experience
1. For Operators
- Educational Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc.
- Experience: 0 to 8 Years of relevant experience.
- Note: Freshers are also welcome to attend the drive for operator roles.
2. For Officers / Executives / Senior Executives
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 10 Years of relevant experience in injectables.
Areas of Expertise Required
Candidates applying must have core competencies and working knowledge in the following production lines:
- Vial Washing
- Tunnel (Depyrogenation)
- Vial Filling
- Vial Sealing
- Autoclave Operations
- Manufacturing & Holding
Job Responsibilities
Operator Roles
- Operate and monitor vial washing, filling, capping, and sealing machines.
- Perform line clearance before batch start-up and ensure proper cleaning cycles.
- Operate tunnel as per validated parameters and monitor tunnel temperature profiles.
- Load and unload sterilization cycles and monitor sterilization parameters.
- Prepare solutions as per BMR, operate mixing vessels, and monitor batch parameters.
- Maintain strict compliance with GMP guidelines and aseptic practices.
Officers / Executives / Senior Executives Roles
- Execute injectable manufacturing activities in compliance with cGMP and aseptic practices.
- Supervise production operations and ensure adherence to strict production schedules.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform line clearance, in-process verification, and batch reconciliation.
- Investigate deviations, incidents, and support CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate equipment qualification, preventive maintenance, and calibration activities.
- Train and mentor operators on SOPs, GMP, and aseptic techniques.
