- Sr. Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech (7-9 years experience) / Diploma (10-12 years experience).
- Asst. Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech (4-6 years experience) / Diploma (7-9 years experience).
- Jr. Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech (1-3 years experience) / Diploma (4-6 years experience).
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: B.Tech in Electrical (Fresher).
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: Diploma in Electrical (Fresher).
Requirement: Candidates must have experience in the erection and commissioning of (33/11) KV new substations / Augmentation of Substations and its associated lines.
2. Civil Engineering Department
- Sr. Engineer (Civil): B.Tech (7-9 years experience) / Diploma (10-12 years experience).
- Asst. Engineer (Civil): B.Tech (4-6 years experience) / Diploma (7-9 years experience).
- Jr. Engineer (Civil): B.Tech (1-3 years experience) / Diploma (4-6 years experience).

- Diploma Engineer Trainee: Diploma in Civil (Fresher).
