Salary Structure and Benefits

The company offers a structured compensation model based on fixed 8-hour duties, with daily overtime options expanding the earning potential up to 12 hours.

In-Hand Salary (8 Hours Duty): - 10th & 12th Pass: ₹15,000 per month - ITI Pass: ₹15,300 per month - Diploma & Graduate: ₹15,700 per month

Daily Overtime (OT): Up to 4 Hours available daily

Overtime (OT) Rate: ₹120 Per Hour

Total Monthly Salary with OT (12 Hours): ₹22,000 to ₹26,000+ In-Hand per month

Food Facilities: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner available

Transportation: Transportation facility available within Sanand City

Statutory Benefits: PF & ESIC benefits included

Accommodation / Room Facility: Room facility available near company & Sanand City (Rent: ₹1,000 to ₹1,500 per month, Advance Rent Self-Paid)
