Stipend, Salary Structure & Career Progression

AGI Greenpac provides a defined, performance-based growth path with regular salary revisions at each progression stage:

Stage 1 - CSR Trainee (Duration: 6 Months): Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Stage 2 - ITI Training Phase 1 (Duration: 3 Months): ₹17,500 Gross per month

Stage 3 - ITI Training Phase 2 (Duration: 6 Months): ₹18,500 to ₹19,000 Gross per month

Stage 4 - Team Member / Jr. Team Member Probation (Duration: 6 Months): ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 Gross per month

Stage 5 - Team Member / Jr. Team Member Confirmation (Duration: 4 Months): ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 Gross per month

Incentives, Allowances & Additional Facilities
