Physical Standards: Candidate must be physically fit and medically sound.

Salary, Stipend & Key Benefits

Selected candidates will receive fixed monthly stipends alongside extensive work benefits:

New Holland (CNH Industrial) Stipend: ₹16,225/- Per Month

Yamaha Motors India Stipend (NAPS): ₹17,200/- Per Month

Education Sponsorship: 100% fee sponsored by the company for the 3-Year B.Voc Degree Program along with a Free Manufacturing Certificate.

Working Hours & Shifts: 8 Hours working shift

Weekly Off: Sunday (5 Days working / Saturday & Sunday off depending on plant rules)

Leaves: 12 Days (SL + CL) / 1 Leave every month
