1. Production (Injectables Only) - Experienced Roles

Cronus Pharma is hiring experienced candidates for the Production (Injectables) department in various job roles:

Role: Operators

Experience Required: 2 - 4 Years

Qualification: ITI, Diploma & B.Sc in Science

Role: Executives

Experience Required: 2 - 4 Years

Qualification: B.Pharma & M.Pharma

Specific Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Autoclave: Operate and monitor autoclave for sterilization; ensure cycle parameters, documentation, and compliance; troubleshoot and maintain equipment efficiency.

Vial Washing: Operate vial washing machine and ensure proper washing standards; maintain equipment and line clearance; ensure quality of washed vials as per SOP.

Tunnel (Depyrogenation): Operate and monitor depyrogenation tunnel; ensure temperature mapping and documentation; maintain smooth flow and report deviations.

Filling & Sealing: Operate filling and sealing machines; ensure accurate filling, sealing quality, and minimal line losses; perform in-process checks and line clearance.

Compounding / Manufacturing & Holding: Operate and monitor compounding vessels and holding tanks; ensure accuracy in weighing, mixing, and batch documentation; maintain CIP/SIP and cleanliness of area; manage bulk holding area and ensure proper dispensing; maintain records and ensure correct labeling and documentation.

2. Apprentice - Freshers

Fresh graduates looking to start their career in pharma production (Injectables & OSD) can apply for the Apprentice training program.

Department: Production (Injectables & OSD)

Qualification: Diploma, B.Sc in Science, ITI

Passing Out Years: 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs only

Additional Eligibility: Candidates should not be enrolled in EPFO & ESI; Willing to work in three rotational shifts.
