Reporting Time: 9:00 AM Sharp

Duty Hours: 8 Hours regular duty per day | 26 Days per month

Overtime (OT): Regular daily overtime available (approx. 3.5 hours/day)

Total Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹28,099/- per month (including OT and attendance incentive)

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Candidates must meet the following qualification requirements to attend the recruitment drive:

Eligible Qualifications: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Graduate, ITI Pass, and Certified MIG Welders.

Apprenticeship Candidates: Candidates who have previously completed NAPS or NATS apprenticeship training are eligible to apply.

Diploma Holders: Diploma candidates wishing to join on the basis of 12th qualification can apply as per standard eligibility criteria, and must disclose accurate qualifications when asked by the company.

Candidate Restrictions: Candidates strictly from Haryana state are not eligible for this specific drive. Candidates with other higher qualifications outside the specified criteria should not apply.

Salary Structure & Overtime (OT) Details

The company offers regular monthly compensation, hourly overtime payment, and additional monthly attendance incentives:

10th / 12th / Graduate Candidates: Monthly Basic Salary: ₹17,500/- per month Overtime (OT) Rate: ₹84/- per hour OT Earnings (at 3.5 hrs/day for 26 days): ₹7,644/- Salary + OT: ₹25,144/- Attendance Incentive: ₹1,500/- Total Monthly Earnings (including incentive): ₹26,644/-

ITI Pass Candidates: Monthly Basic Salary: ₹18,500/- per month Overtime (OT) Rate: ₹89/- per hour OT Earnings (at 3.5 hrs/day for 26 days): ₹8,099/- Salary + OT: ₹26,599/- Attendance Incentive: ₹1,500/- Total Monthly Earnings (including incentive): ₹28,099/-

MIG Welder Candidates: Monthly Basic Salary: ₹20,000/- per month Overtime (OT): Paid as per standard company policy

Note on Deductions: No CTC deductions, No PF deduction, and No ESI deduction are applicable for this job category. The offered salary, OT, and listed facilities are paid directly.

Selection & Direct Joining Process

Candidates must follow the step-by-step instructions below for the interview and direct joining drive:

Direct Walk-in: No individual call letters or phone calls will be sent. Interested and eligible candidates must reach the plant location directly on 17 August 2026 by 9:00 AM.

On-Arrival Protocol: Upon reaching the plant gate/reception, candidates must state: "Mujhe Kusum Mam ne JBM mein Joining ke liye bheja hai."

Offer Letter Issuance: After completing the joining formalities, candidates must immediately send a confirmation message to ensure their offer letter is issued.
