Overtime (OT): 4 Hours Overtime Per Day Available

Work Environment: Fully AC Plant (Standing Job)

Eligibility Criteria

Salary and Compensation Structure

Lumax Automotive Division offers an attractive salary structure and performance-oriented incentives:

Basic Salary (8 Hours / 26 Days): Rs. 20,000/- (Including DBT Amount)

Full Duty Allowance: + Rs. 2,000/- DBT Amount on Full Duty

Total Full Duty Salary: Rs. 22,000/- Per Month

Daily Overtime: Up to 4 Hours Overtime (OT) per day

Quarterly Attendance Bonus: Rs. 3,000/- after completing 3 months of regular duty

Second Year Career Path: 2nd Year on DET-1 (Rs. 20,000 CTC Salary) + 4 hours OT per day based on work skill and behaviour (for Diploma employees)
