Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI or Diploma pass out in Mechanical stream.
• Experience: Must have 2 to 4 years of practical experience operating VMC machines in an industrial setup.
• Skills Required:
  • VMC Machine Operation
  • Tooling & Offset Setting
  • Engineering Drawing Reading
  • Inspection using Measuring Instruments

Key Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be expected to perform the following tasks day-to-day:

• Operate and set up VMC machines according to engineering drawings and production guidelines.
• Load CNC/VMC programs, set tool and work offsets, and perform tool changes as required.
• Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Use precision measuring instruments for component inspection.
• Maintain required component dimensions, quality standard compliance, and target output rates.
• Monitor machine and tooling conditions continuously and report any abnormalities immediately.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols, 5S standards, and general shop-floor housekeeping rules.

Salary Details

Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000/- to ₹25,000/- per month

Job Role Level: Experienced (2–4 Years)
