Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. LVP FFS - Operator

• Operate and monitor the Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) machine for IV fluid production.
• Set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, filling volume, sealing time).
• Ensure proper functioning of molding, filling, and sealing stations.
• Ensure IV fluids are filled accurately as per batch specifications.
• Perform in-process checks (weight variation, leak test, visual inspection).
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production teams.

2. LVP Production - Jr Executive

• Batch calculation and Dispensing.
• CIP and SIP activities & Filter integrity test.
• Batch preparation as per cGMP and GDP.
• Material reconciliation & Men and Material movement.
• Knowledge on Calibration and validation activities.

3. Biologics Production - Jr Executive

• Responsible for Downstream Plasma Process.
• Responsible for Buffer preparation.
• Responsible for handling pH meter, Spectrophotometer and Conductivity meter.
• Responsible for performing Depth filtration.
• Responsible for Protein purification (TFF).

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender Constraint: Only male freshers are eligible to apply.
• Educational Qualifications: ITI in any stream, Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical, B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or Biotechnology, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology.
