Educational Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the required educational qualifications and experience levels specified for each discipline:

• For Engineers: BE / BTech / ME / MTech in relevant engineering branches.
• For Designers: Diploma in relevant engineering streams.

Detailed Open Positions & Job Profiles

(A) Renewable Engineering

1. Electrical Design Engineer

• Experience: 5 to 15 Years
• Key Responsibilities & Skills: KSLD, System study, Cable Schedule & Equipment sizing, TBE, Vendor Print Review, Designing EHV (Extra High Voltage) cables & overhead lines, layouts as well as communication and security systems.

2. Civil & Structural Design Engineer

• Experience: 5 to 15 Years
• Key Responsibilities & Skills: Analysis & design of Sub-Station Buildings, PV MMS structure & foundation; reviewing 3rd party drawings/reports; Road, Drainage, Fence & gate drawings review; Architectural concept & schematic design, Building layout, Zoning planning, Arch. BOM take-off, Reviewing 3rd party drawings/reports.

(B) Power Plant Engineering

1. Mechanical / Process Design Engineer

• Experience: 10 to 20 Years
• Key Responsibilities & Skills: Generate and review Design Criteria, Heat & Mass Balance, Specifications and Data Sheets, P&IDs & Flow Diagrams; review and analyze ITB/RFP for system design, MR/TBE and Vendor print review; perform process calculations to ensure system like Steam, Fuel Gas, Fuel Oil, Feed water, Condensate system and develop P&ID and process flow diagram; develop MR (Material Requisition) and TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) sheet, Vendor document review; provide engineering support during construction and commissioning.

2. Mechanical Designer

• Experience: 10 to 20 Years
• Qualification Requirement: Must have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Key Responsibilities & Skills: Generate 2D and 3D models and drawings using AutoCAD software; prepare P&ID in AVEVA P&ID; conduct quality checks to ensure drawings meet industry standards; stay updated on AutoCAD software updates and industry best practices.

3. Electrical Engineer

• Experience: 6 to 22 Years
• Key Responsibilities & Skills: HV Equipment handling (Generator Step-Up Transformer [GSU], Unit Auxiliary Transformer [UAT], NGR); Busduct: Isolated Phase Bus Duct (IPBD) for GTG/STG, SPB, NSPB; Cables: EHV/MV/LV Power & Control Cable sizing, routing, tray layout; Switchgear: MV/LV Switchgear, MCC, VFD Panels, Protection & Relay Coordination; System Design: Earthing & Lightning Protection as per IEEE 80 / IEC 62305, Lighting & Small Power; Engineering Deliverables: Electrical Single Line Diagrams, Electrical Layouts, Cable Tray Layouts, Equipment Layouts; Tendering: Preparation of Technical Specifications, Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE); Execution: Vendor Print Review & Approval, Interdisciplinary Coordination with Civil, Mech, Piping, I&C; Standards familiarity: IEC, IEEE, NFPA, Grid Code knowledge preferred.

4. Civil Engineer

• Experience: 5 to 15 Years
• Key Responsibilities & Skills: Design of equipment foundations, transformer foundation, water retaining structures, all kinds of drainage, roads, fence & gate etc. for Combined cycle power plant, LNG Plant etc.; interdisciplinary/subcon/site coordination; Preparation / Review of Technical specifications & MTO preparation; strong understanding of international engineering codes and standards; additional experience in marine structural design (intake & discharge facilities, subsea pipelines) is desirable.

5. Structural Engineer

• Experience: 5 to 15 Years
• Key Responsibilities & Skills: Experience in Analysis/Design of Turbine building/Piperack/tech structure/conveyor gallery; review/checking of calculation/drawing, BOM take-off, interdisciplinary/site coordination, vendor data checking, reviewing 3rd party report & drawings.

6. Structural Designer

• Experience: 5 to 15 Years
• Key Responsibilities & Skills: Conversant with Revit & AutoCAD; experienced to extract arch./structural dwgs from Revit; additional desirable experience in blast proof substation building design, Tekla software & steel detailing.

(C) Transmission & Substation (T&S)

1. Substation Secondary Design Engineer

• Experience: 8 to 15 Years
• Key Responsibilities & Skills: Must have 5 years of design portfolio in Substation Control & Protection System; review and modification for schematic diagrams for Local Control Cabinet (LCC), Control & Protection; Tariff metering panel, LVAC/DC System, SCADA/SAS, Telecom, IO mapping List & Data Display for LDC; preparation of Protection SLD, Logic Diagram (Inter lock & Inter Trip), CT/VT Sizing Calculation, Relay Setting, Cable Schedule and Interconnection diagram; preparation of Material Requisition (MR) and Technical bid evaluation, Vendor document review & Co-ordination, Client Co-ordination.

2. Transmission Line Engineer

• Experience: 8 to 15 Years
• Key Responsibilities & Skills: Must have 5 years of design portfolio in large scale Overhead Transmission Line; review Geographical study report, Environmental Impact Assessment, Power system Analysis report; review/performing Transmission line planning, Terrain modelling, conductor Sizing, Tower spotting, Sag & tension Calculation using PLS-CADD, Extraction of BOM; preparation of Design criteria, Material Requisition (MR) and Technical bid evaluation, Vendor document review & Co-ordination, Client Co-ordination; ability and willingness to short term depute at project location for engineering support.
