Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Education: Candidates must have completed Graduation, ITI, or Diploma in relevant streams.
- Experience Profile: Only experienced candidates who have hands-on quality experience in Molding processes and can perform incoming quality inspection are eligible to apply.
- Instruments Knowledge: Proficiency in handling precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and VMM (Vision Measuring Machines).
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming material and purchased parts inspection in strict accordance with the Control Plan, Inspection Standards, and Engineering Drawings.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using precision tools like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and VMM.
- Verify Material Test Reports (MTR), Third-Party Reports, and incoming inspection documentation.
- Execute material accept/reject entries in the SAP system adhering to organizational quality standards.
