Salary Structure & Training Period

Selected applicants will undergo a structured training and development module:

• First 6 Months (Training Period): ₹7,000 stipend per month
• After 6 Months: ₹9,000 per month
• Experienced & Managerial Roles: Up to ₹18,000 per month (dependent on role, credentials, and performance)
