Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in participating in the TVS Motor Company Mega Campus Placement Drive must satisfy the following criteria:

Educational Qualification: ITI Pass out in any trade (CO2 / MIG Welders preferred)

Year of Passing: 2025 and 2026 batch candidates only

Eligible Trades: ITI Welders and all other ITI Technical Trades

Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and above

Gender Eligibility: Male and Female candidates both eligible (No Preference)

Salary Structure and Performance Incentives

TVS Motor Company offers a competitive compensation and allowance package for selected ITI pass technicians:

Gross Monthly Salary: ₹21,552/- per month

Monthly Deductions: Transport ₹200/- + Food (2 Meals) ₹100/-

Net In-Hand Salary: ₹19,394/- per month (Excluding Incentives)

Attendance Incentive: ₹1,050/- per month for full monthly attendance

Retention Bonus: ₹1,500/- after completion of continuous 3 months of service

Facilities & Accommodation Provided

Initial Accommodation: Free accommodation provided for the initial 15 days

Canteen Facility: 2 Meals provided at nominal deduction of ₹100/- per month

Transport Facility: Bus transport provided at nominal deduction of ₹200/- per month

Job Conditions and Responsibilities

Candidates should be mentally and physically prepared to adhere to the working standards of an automotive manufacturing plant:

• Standing work environment on modern production lines.
• Welding operations of vehicle frames (for welder trade candidates).
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• Maintenance of proper hygiene and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• A positive work attitude and dedication toward target completion.

Permanency Procedure & Engagement Scheme

The employment structured scheme spans 3 Years. After successful completion of the 3-year term under third-party engagement, candidates are eligible for higher salary packages and career progression according to company policy.
