Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria

1. Fresher: Diploma Apprentice Trainee (NATS)

• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Passing Year: 2023 to 2026 pass-out batches.
• Age Limit: 18 to 26 years.
• Academic Record: No active backlogs.
• Shift Requirement: Willingness to work in rotational shifts on the shop floor.
• Career Progression: After successful completion of the NATS apprenticeship period, candidates will be confirmed as permanent Management Executive with attractive salary packages and benefits.

2. Experienced: Maintenance (Electrical / Mechanical)

• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the Maintenance Department.
• Electrical Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Rockwell or Siemens PLC systems, AC/DC motors, sensors, and electrical control panels.
• Mechanical Technical Skills: Thorough working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and industrial conveyor systems.
• Software Skills: Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
• Standards & Work Conditions: Strict adherence to workplace safety standards and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Note: BE / B.Tech candidates are not eligible for these roles.
