Salary & Monthly Compensation Details

• Base Monthly Pay: ₹17,100 for standard 8-hour duty shifts.
• Overtime Allowance: Regular overtime available beyond 8 hours. For an 11.5-hour duty schedule (including 3.5 hours OT), in-hand earnings reach approximately ₹28,930 per month.
• Attendance Award: ₹1,500 additional bonus per month.
