Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree.

• 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Fresh diploma and engineering pass-outs as well as candidates with up to one year of industrial/maintenance experience are eligible to attend.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Company Trainee in the Maintenance department, candidates will be trained and involved in the following operations:

• Assisting the plant maintenance team in routine electrical, electronic, and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshooting control panels, sensors, wiring, testing units, and electronic circuitry.
• Supporting plant operations to minimize machinery downtime and ensure smooth production lines.
• Adhering to plant safety standards, 5S methodologies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
