Salary Breakdown & Overtime Details

The structured salary plan for the operator role includes regular wages, compulsory overtime, and skill-based performance incentives:

8 Hours Gross Salary: ₹17,000 per month (Basic + Allowances)

8 Hours Net Take Home: ₹15,000 per month (Approx.)

Overtime (OT) Hourly Rate: ₹68 per hour

Mandatory Daily Overtime: 4 hours daily (approx. 91 hours per month over 26 working days)

Estimated Monthly OT Earnings: ₹6,188 per month

12 Hours Net Take Home: ₹21,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Additional Extra Income: Earn ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 extra monthly by learning and operating an additional machine (subject to company requirements, workload, and performance)

Shift Timings & Work Hours

• Day Shift: 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM
• Night Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM
• Duty Note: 12-hour rotational shift duty is compulsory and shifts will rotate as per plant operations.
