Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications
Candidates possessing any of the following educational credentials are eligible to attend the drive:
- 10th Pass: High School passed from any recognized board.

- ITI: Passed in any trade (Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Machinist, Turner, COPA, MMV, Diesel Mechanic, etc.).
- Diploma: Passed in any engineering or technical trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Civil, etc.).
- Graduate: Completed Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, etc.).
- B.Tech / B.E.: Engineering graduates from any specialization or stream.
Salary and Compensation Package
Selected applicants will receive a competitive compensation package based on their profile, education, and interview performance:
- Monthly Pay Scale: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
- Additional statutory benefits as per participating company policies.
Selection Process
The candidate selection will be completed on the same day through a structured evaluation process:
