Salary Structure & Pay Scale

The monthly compensation structure varies based on qualifications:

ITI / BA / B.COM / B.SC: CTC Rs. 19,500/- per month | In-Hand (Take Home): Rs. 16,770/- per month

Diploma (Mechanical): CTC Rs. 21,500/- per month | In-Hand (Take Home): Rs. 18,022/- per month

BE / B.TECH (Mechanical): CTC Rs. 23,500/- per month | In-Hand (Take Home): Rs. 19,700/- per month

Overtime (OT): Separate income provided for Overtime duties outside the standard 8-hour shift.
