Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following qualification and criteria before appearing for the selection process:

• Educational Qualification: Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or Production Engineering.
• Passout Year: 2022 to 2026.
• Mandatory Requirement: Diploma Degree or Provisional Certificate is required.
• Restriction: Candidates who have already completed NATS apprenticeship are NOT eligible to apply.
• Location Restrictions: Candidates residing in Aligarh, Bulandshahr, Meerut, and Delhi should NOT apply.

Stipend & Company Benefits

Monthly Stipend: ₹17,700 per month (Government DBT may be additional as per NATS rules; company is not responsible for DBT disbursement)

Working Days: 5 working days per week (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Leaves: 16 Earned/Casual leaves per year

Uniform: Free Uniform provided by the company

Canteen Facility: Subsidized meals at ₹20 per meal (Lunch available)
