Job Details & Work Profile
The appointed candidates will be deployed across critical manufacturing sections of the truck assembly plant. Responsibilities and requirements include:
- Working on the assembly line for the manufacturing of truck chassis.
- Handling daily operational tasks inside the Engine Shop and Assembly Shop.
- Reading and interpreting technical and engineering drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English for operational logs and reporting.
- Maintaining assembly standards, quality control checks, and workplace safety.
Eligibility Criteria
| Educational Qualification: ITI, Polytechnic Diploma, or BE / B.Tech in Mechanical (ME), Automobile, Electrical (EE), or Electronics & Communication (EC) disciplines. |
| Gender Requirement: Male candidates only. |
| Age Limit: Candidate must be between 18 and 30 years of age. |
| Language Proficiency: Basic ability to read and write English. |
| Technical Skills: Capability to comprehend assembly blueprints and engineering drawings. |
Salary and Compensation Structure
The company offers structured compensation packages based on the candidate's qualification and experience level:
| Diploma (2 Years Experience) / B.Tech Fresher CTC: Rs. 22,500/- Per Month |
| Diploma (2 Years Experience) / B.Tech Fresher In-Hand: Rs. 17,204/- Per Month (after deductions for PF, ESI, PT, and Canteen) |
| Diploma Fresher CTC: Rs. 19,200/- Per Month |
| Diploma Fresher In-Hand: Rs. 14,000/- Per Month (after deductions for PF, ESI, PT, and Canteen) |
| Additional Benefits: Annual Bonus eligibility, subsidized canteen facilities during duty hours, and designated weekly offs. |

Work Shifts & Working Hours
