Net Take Home (NTH) Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 per month (based on experience)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following qualification requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an ITI or Diploma certificate in relevant technical disciplines.
• Experience Level: Both freshers and experienced candidates suitable for assembly-line and quality inspection roles are considered.
• Skillset: Aptitude for technical work functions, including quality checks and assembly operations on electric bike manufacturing lines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling shop-floor operations related to quality assurance and component assembly.
• Operating assembly-line stations according to standard operating procedures.
• Adhering to rotational shifts and safety regulations in the EV manufacturing unit.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Remuneration: ₹17,000 to ₹21,000 per month (Net Take Home - NTH), determined on the basis of candidate experience.

Additional Incentive: ₹3,000 monthly attendance bonus, subject to attendance terms and guidelines.

Food Provision: Two complimentary meals provided every day during work shifts.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of profile screening based on technical credentials (ITI/Diploma), followed by a technical and operational interaction/interview for assembly-line and quality roles.
