Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy the following academic and general conditions:

• Educational Qualification: ITI (All relevant technical trades), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree / Graduation.
• Year of Passing: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 passout batches.
• Gender Eligibility: Only male candidates are eligible to participate in this hiring drive.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; vacancies are open under NAPS & NATS training schemes.

Salary & Stipend Details

The total monthly pay includes base stipend, attendance bonus, and Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) under NATS:

Stipend Breakdown by Qualification

• ITI: Base Stipend ₹18,500 + Attendance Bonus ₹1,000 + NATS DBT ₹1,500
• Diploma: Base Stipend ₹17,000 + Attendance Bonus ₹1,000 + NATS DBT ₹4,000
• Graduation: Base Stipend ₹16,000 + Attendance Bonus ₹1,000 + NATS DBT ₹4,500

Net Earnings (Including DBT & Attendance Bonus)

ITI (8 Hours): ₹18,500 per month

ITI (12 Hours): ₹24,000 per month

Diploma (8 Hours): ₹22,000 per month

Diploma (12 Hours): ₹30,438 per month

Graduation (8 Hours): ₹21,500 per month

Graduation (12 Hours): ₹28,500 per month
