Department-Wise Requirements and Technical Skills

Candidates must possess hands-on technical skills and operating knowledge in solid oral dosage (OSD) manufacturing machinery:

1. Granulation / Wurster Coating: Expertise in RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster coating, Roll Compactor, and Blender operations.

2. Compression: Hands-on operation of Hata, Fette, Korsch, Killian, and Cadmach machines.

3. Coating: Knowledge of Ohara, Glatt, ACG smart, Sejong, Gansons Bectochem, and Bohle Coater machines.

4. Packing: Blister Packing (Cartonator, Uhlmann, BQS, IMA PG, B45, Hicart) and Bottle Packing (CVC, Pharmapack, Countec, Labeling, IMA A200, Cartonator).

5. Capsule Filling / Inspection: Operation of AF90T, AF150T, ZRO 200/TTS, Hartnett Printing, Band Sealing, ACG, Checkweighers, Sensum, Tam Print, Encapsulation, and Pressfit machines.

Eligibility Criteria & Important Instructions

• OSD Formulation Experience: Only candidates with solid oral dosage (OSD) formulation background can attend the interview.
• Contract & NAPS Trainees: Candidates currently working in Technical Contract Services / NAPS (with formulation production experience) are also eligible to attend.
• Shift Operations: Selected professionals should be willing to work in rotational shift operations.
• Spot Offers: Spot offer letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates subject to complete document submission and verification.
