Hero MotoCorp Ltd has announced an open ITI campus placement drive for its Neemrana Plant located in Alwar, Rajasthan. Both male and female candidates who have completed ITI in technical or non-technical trades are invited to participate in the walk-in recruitment drive. The recruitment is open for Fixed Term Employment (FTE) and Apprentice positions with a total of 200 openings.

Eligibility Criteria & Details
Candidates interested in joining Hero MotoCorp Ltd Neemrana Plant must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an ITI certificate under NCVT or SCVT. Both technical and non-technical trades are eligible for male and female applicants.
- Passing Year: Candidates who graduated in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible to attend.
- Age Limit: 18 to 26 years.
- Physical Measurements:
- Male candidates: Minimum height 162 cm, minimum weight 50 kg.
- Female candidates: Minimum height 145 cm, minimum weight 45 kg.

Selection & Application Process
The selection will be done directly through on-site written test and personal interview at the designated campus venues. Candidates are advised to reach their nearest campus venue on time along with their resume, ITI mark sheets, certificates, Aadhaar card, and passport-size photographs.
