Option 2 (Sun Bright Payroll) Eligibility: All ITI Trades (Passout & Appearing Candidates eligible)

Salary Structure & Compensation

Selected candidates receive competitive monthly packages based on the recruitment payroll track:

Option 1 (Honda Company Payroll) CTC Salary: ₹21,000/- per month

Option 1 In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000/- per month

Option 2 (Sun Bright Payroll) Gross Salary: ₹19,400/- per month

Option 2 In-Hand Salary: ₹16,900/- per month

Option 2 Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/- per month

Option 2 Overtime (OT): ₹176/- per hour

In addition to monthly remuneration, technicians and operators are entitled to comprehensive allowances, social security coverage, and on-site facilities:

Shift Duration: 8.3 Hours Shift

Night Shift Allowance: ₹150/- per day
