Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Applicants must satisfy the following academic and technical qualifications:
- 10th Pass or 10th Fail: Eligible for Helper and entry-level Operator positions.
- ITI Pass: Relevant technical trades for Machine Operator and Production lines.
- Diploma Holders: Eligible for Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) posts.
- B.Tech / Graduates (CS / Arts): Eligible for Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and allied operational departments.
Note: The HR and training department will determine the final role and department allocation based on qualifications and company requirements.

- Gross CTC: ₹15,214/- to ₹24,614/- per month
- In-Hand Take Home: ₹12,500/- to ₹20,000/- per month
